EXPERT WATER HEATER INSTALLATION

AB May furnishes and installs a full line of quality gas and electric Bradford White water heaters. Bradford White has been a respected name in water heater manufacturing for many years and is the chosen tank of the organization of Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors (PHCC). These energy efficient water heaters feature self cleaning tanks to reduce sediment buildup, brass drain valves for ease of maintenance, sealed combustion chambers on gas models for safety and di-electric nipples to prevent electrolysis at the water line connections.

WORRY FREE INSTALLATION

Our skilled technicians will arrive in a clean white truck, don shoe covers, and lay carpets and tarps to protect your property when installing your new water heater. In addition to up to code installation, your AB May Plumber will drain and dispose of the old unit leaving the area clean and tidy. He will then fill and test your new water heater to insure proper operation and provide you with guidelines for use, care and maintenance of the unit.

TANKLESS WATER HEATERS

In addition to our quality line of tank type water heaters, AB May also installs Rinnai Tankless Water Heating systems. The Rinnai tankless water heater will provide an endless supply of hot water for your family at the lowest possible energy cost. These natural gas or propane fired units provide enough hot water for the average family while maintaining the highest efficiency rating in the industry. These units are so efficient that they qualify for a $300.00 government tax credit! Since there is no storage tank, the Rinnai tankless water heater is a real space saver. About the size of a suitcase, the unit can be hung on a basement wall, inside a closet, garage or utility room. The Rinnai is a directly vented unit, has no standing pilot, and is equipped with a remote temperature control pad.
