Service agreements are the perfect solution for homeowners wanting to avoid the high cost of unexpected home repair bills.  You pay only a small service fee for each occurrence.  All services are performed by a certified, highly-trained A.B. May technician.

We offer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  A live dispatcher will answer your call every day of the week.  As the owner of a Homeowner Peace of Mind Agreement, you will receive priority response to any service call - even on the hottest or coldest days of the year.

Bronze-Seasonal Maintenance Agreement
Properly maintained equipment will operate safely and at maximum efficiency saving you money by lowering utility costs and extending the life of your systems.  Receive two maintenance visits per contract year (one for heating and one for cooling) for $16.50 monthly.

Silver-Heating/Cooling Service Agreement
With the Silver Agreement you receive parts and labor coverage for you heating and cooling system in addition to 2 seasonal maintenance calls per year (one for heating and one for cooling).  For $30 per month you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your home will stay comfortable.

Gold-Whole Home Agreement
In addition to maintenance and repairs for up to 2 heating and cooling systems, the Gold Agreement also covers your built-in appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems - all for $54 per months.  If you want maximum peace of mind the Gold Agreement is for you.
