THE A.B.MAY DISCOUNT CLUB
Two maintenance visits per contract year (one for heating
and one for cooling). Keep equipment clean and operating at peak
efficiency. Help prevent breakdowns before they happen. 24-hour priority
emergency service. 15% discount on all home repairs including plumbing,
electrical, and appliance repairs.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT
Includes Bronze Agreement plus:
Parts and labor coverage for your home's heating and cooling system. Protect
yourself from unexpected heating and cooling repair bills. 24-hour
priority emergency service.

The AB May Whole Home Gold Agreement
Includes Silver Agreement plus:
Protection of your home's plumbing, heating, cooling,
electrical, and built-in appliances.
